This Saturday, October 4th 2025, Councillor Laura Dudas will be hosting a Community Tree Planting Event! The event will begin at 9 am, at 1754 St. Joseph Boulevard.
Thanks to a generous grant from Trees for Life, there are 500 trees ready to be planted — and your help is needed to make it happen! This is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community, expand our tree canopy, strengthen our local ecosystem, and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.
All are welcome — families, friends, and neighbours. Tools and refreshments will be provided; all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and community spirit.
If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact Councillor Dudas at Laura.Dudas@Ottawa.ca.
Let’s green our city together!
